What SURATI MAVA & SWEET MART keeps Your mobile number — you sign in with it. When you give them: your name, your delivery addresses, your e-mail and your GSTIN. Your orders, bills and returns, with the photos you send with a return. Where we ask you to pay an order first: the screenshot of your payment and its UPI reference. We do not ask for your date of birth, and we do not keep any card or bank account details. Why we keep it To sign you in, to deliver or hand over your orders, to make your invoices, to answer a return, and to tell you on WhatsApp where your order is. Your details are not sold to anyone. Who else sees it The person who delivers your order sees your name, address and phone number. The services that run this store and carry our WhatsApp messages work for us, and use your details only for that. How long we keep it While your account is open. If you close it, what is yours alone — your sign-ins, the addresses you added, your mobile number and e-mail on the account — is erased one year after your last order or return, or after you closed the account, whichever is later. Your orders, bills and returns are our books of account. They are kept for as long as the tax and accounting laws ask a seller to keep them. Your choices You can see and correct your details in Account at any time. You can close your account there at any time — that withdraws your consent. An order already placed is still delivered and billed. Signing in again later opens the account again. Who can use this store This store is for customers aged 18 or above.
